Role Summary:

This role will focus on research, development, and implementation of advanced technologies within the water treatment and waste management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a passion for contributing to sustainable environmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research and development in areas such as membrane technology, advanced oxidation processes, biological treatment, and resource recovery from waste streams.
- Design, optimize, and scale up novel engineering processes for water and wastewater treatment.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, R&D scientists, and manufacturing personnel, to translate research findings into practical applications.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations to disseminate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in water treatment and waste management technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in manufacturing and operational settings.
- Contribute to intellectual property development through patents and publications.
