Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Manager - R & D with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic automobile research and development team in Noida. This role will focus on the legal and regulatory aspects of automotive innovation, product development, and intellectual property management within the Indian and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging automotive technologies, including autonomous driving, electric vehicles, and connected car systems.
* Review and advise on intellectual property matters, including patent filings, trademarks, and licensing agreements related to R&D projects.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international automotive regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
* Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and research institutions.
* Analyze the legal implications of new product development and provide strategic guidance to the R&D and engineering teams.
* Monitor changes in automotive legislation and policy, and assess their impact on the company's R&D roadmap.
* Support the development and implementation of legal frameworks for data privacy and cybersecurity in automotive applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with R&D activities.
