Clinical Research Scientist - Manufacturing & Production (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Research Scientist with 1-3 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production division in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Com degree and be adept at managing and analyzing research data within a corporate setting. This role involves supporting various research initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of research projects related to manufacturing processes and product development.
- Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and M.Com principles.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal research protocols and data management standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date research documentation and databases.
- Support the development of new research methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to the interpretation of research findings and their application to business strategies.
