Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Food Safety team in Kochi. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to build a career in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI regulations).

Conduct routine inspections and audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Support the documentation and record-keeping processes related to food safety and quality control.

Participate in training sessions and educational programs to stay updated on food safety best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any food safety concerns or deviations.

Perform basic laboratory tests under supervision to assess product quality and safety.
