Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware & Network Project Management professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing hardware and network infrastructure projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and design thinking to optimize network performance and hardware deployment for our packaging and container operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and network projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that hardware and network infrastructure designs are user-centric and align with operational needs, leveraging M.Des principles.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and network equipment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
