PMO Executive - Import & Export (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized PMO Executive to join our growing Import & Export division in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of project coordination and administrative support within a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our import and export operations and supporting the PMO team in various project management activities. A postgraduate degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of import and export projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and update project databases and tracking systems.
- Support the PMO Manager in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
