Process / Operational Excellence Role (1-3 Yrs) in Software Product

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process / Operational Excellence professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a passion for improving business processes and driving efficiency within a software product environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Support the implementation of new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Gather data and create reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational challenges and propose solutions.

Help in documenting process flows and business requirements.

Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to established processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
