Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our healthcare services and operational processes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, and propose solutions.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, and generate reports for management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities.
