Recruiting for Document Controller - Manufacturing & Production Team

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required for this role. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient information flow and record-keeping for our complex manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a systematic document control system for all project phases.
- Receive, register, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are accurately indexed, filed, and stored electronically and physically.
- Monitor document status and progress, identifying and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Control the revision and distribution of documents, ensuring only the latest approved versions are in use.
- Liaise with project engineers, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure document requirements are met.
- Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with project procedures and standards.
- Prepare and issue document status reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documentation.
