Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the bank's safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including those from RBI and other governing bodies.
- Train employees on safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and the use of safety equipment.
