Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cluster / Hub Manager with 0-2 years of experience to oversee and optimize operations within a designated geographical cluster or hub. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient supply chain management, quality control, and stakeholder coordination within the textile and apparel sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background to drive operational improvements and contribute to the overall success of our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the assigned cluster/hub, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of textile and apparel production.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including local teams, vendors, and community representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of new operational strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on cluster performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members within the hub.
