We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with 3-4 years of experience, possessing an LLM (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) degree, to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of our pharmaceutical warehouse operations, adhering to stringent industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.

Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and maintaining optimal stock levels, with a keen understanding of pharmaceutical product shelf-life and storage conditions.

Implement and enforce Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Manage the storage and handling of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to cold chain requirements.

Maintain detailed records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory adjustments, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure a safe and organized working environment within the warehouse, adhering to all safety regulations.
