Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SCM & Logistics Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic advertising and marketing industry. You will support the SCM & Logistics team in various operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects and efficient resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and tracking logistics for advertising campaigns and marketing materials.
- Support procurement processes for supplies and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve logistical issues.
- Help in the preparation of reports related to supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
- Learn and apply SCM best practices within the advertising and marketing context.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the SCM & Logistics Manager.
