We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Health & Safety professional to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and community engagement, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures relevant to the media and entertainment sector.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and propose mitigation strategies.

Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a culture of health and safety awareness.

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.

Contribute to the design and implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.
