Configuration and Deployment Management (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Configuration and Deployment Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our operational systems and managing configurations across various platforms within our Metals & Mining operations. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of deployment processes, change management, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the configuration and deployment of software and hardware systems.

Manage the entire lifecycle of system deployments, from planning and testing to rollout and post-deployment support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration documentation and baselines for all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Implement and enforce change management processes to minimize disruption and ensure system stability.

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Monitor system performance post-deployment and recommend optimizations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
