IT Vendor Management (BBA/BBM Required) - Mangalore

Role Summary:
We are seeking an IT Vendor Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of managing IT vendors within the advertising and marketing industry. This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and driving cost-effectiveness and efficiency in IT procurement and management.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Manage and nurture relationships with IT vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
*   Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying areas for improvement.
*   Conduct regular performance reviews with key IT vendors.
*   Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with IT vendors, aiming for cost optimization.
*   Track and manage IT procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
*   Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements.
*   Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance data, and expenditures.
*   Collaborate with internal IT teams and business units to understand their technology needs and align vendor services accordingly.
*   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.
