Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction Safety professional with 1-3 years of experience, holding a BBA/BBM degree, to join our team in Kolkata. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices on construction projects associated with our investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management within the construction industry, applying this knowledge in a corporate finance context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate any safety incidents or accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training to site personnel.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Assist in the review of construction-related due diligence for investment opportunities.
