Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and vigilant Content Moderator with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 6 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The Content Moderator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of our online platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. This role requires a strong understanding of online community guidelines, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to uphold our company's standards and protect our users from harmful or inappropriate content, ensuring a positive user experience across all our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms (e.g., forums, social media, comments sections) in accordance with established community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content, including hate speech, spam, harassment, and misinformation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior moderators or relevant departments for further review and action.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and provide regular reports on content trends and issues.
• Stay updated on evolving online trends, platform policies, and best practices in content moderation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, policy, and product, to address content-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation tools and processes.
