Corporate Development Analyst (M.Pharma Required) - Lucknow

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, coupled with a keen interest in corporate strategy and business development within the electrical equipment sector. This role will involve supporting strategic initiatives, market analysis, and M&A activities to drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats within the electrical equipment and related sectors, leveraging insights from the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, including financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis.

Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new market entries, product expansions, and business unit strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, marketing, and R&D, to support strategic initiatives.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on market trends, strategic opportunities, and project updates.

Monitor industry performance and regulatory changes, particularly those impacting the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and their intersection with electrical equipment.
