Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the agrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships within the fertilizer, pesticide, and agrochemical domains.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and finance, to assess feasibility and drive project execution.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic opportunities and progress.

Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the agrochemical sector.
