We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Agent with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for managing outstanding payments and ensuring financial health within our leather goods business. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiation, possess strong analytical skills, and maintain a professional demeanor while recovering debts.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting debtors via phone, email, or in person to discuss outstanding payments.

Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors.

Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communication.

Investigating the reasons for payment default and providing feedback to management.

Adhering to all legal and company regulations regarding debt collection.

Collaborating with legal and finance departments for escalated cases.

Preparing regular reports on collection status and recovery rates.
