Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Executive with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the delivery of hardware and networking equipment to client sites as per schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Verify delivered items against order specifications and documentation.
- Provide basic on-site support and troubleshooting for delivered hardware and networking components.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and generate reports on delivery status.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery details and address any immediate concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company delivery policies and safety procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification processes related to deliveries.
- Proactively identify and report any potential delivery issues or risks to management.
