Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2-4 years of experience, preferably with a Master of Design (M.Des) background, to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient movement and storage of materials and products within our extensive metals and mining operations. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, process optimization, and an understanding of design principles to enhance supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Optimize supply chain processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Utilize design thinking principles to visualize and improve logistical layouts, material flow, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
