Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee our raw material procurement and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to ensure the quality and compliance of materials used in our automotive component manufacturing, particularly in specialized areas requiring pharmaceutical-grade standards or rigorous quality control. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient production flows and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee inventory levels, optimize stock rotation, and minimize obsolescence.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for incoming materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to forecast material needs and identify potential supply chain risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in material handling and storage.
- Prepare regular reports on material costs, inventory status, and supplier performance.
