Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planner with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring the timely availability of our biotechnology products. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a solid understanding of demand forecasting principles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines, utilizing historical sales data, market intelligence, and input from cross-functional teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for deviations, implementing corrective actions to improve future forecasts.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to translate demand forecasts into production and procurement plans.
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing data-driven insights and participating in forecast review meetings.
- Identify and report on demand trends, potential supply disruptions, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain and update demand planning systems and databases with accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to demand planning and inventory management.
