Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Store Executive to manage and maintain our insurance branch's inventory and operational supplies. This role is ideal for individuals with less than 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in the insurance sector and do not require a graduation degree. You will be responsible for ensuring that all office supplies, marketing materials, and essential documents are stocked, organized, and readily available for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom/storage area in a neat and systematic manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed, following company procurement procedures.
- Assist in managing and distributing office stationery, forms, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including stock received and issued.
- Ensure the office premises are kept tidy and well-maintained with necessary supplies.
- Support branch staff with basic administrative tasks related to store management.
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations for storage and handling of materials.
