Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Materials / Inventory Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of materials and inventory for our water treatment and waste management projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be adept at maintaining accurate inventory records. This position does not require a formal graduation degree, focusing instead on practical experience and relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and obsolescence.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and optimize stock levels.
- Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Track material movement, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock valuation, and usage patterns.
- Identify and report slow-moving or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to inventory management.
- Assist in the development and improvement of inventory management systems and processes.
