Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services within our BPO operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics management. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and the ability to implement strategic logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support BPO operational needs.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory for equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
