Dispatch Executive / Officer - Sports / Leisure & Recreation (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient dispatch of goods from our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies. This role requires a postgraduate degree and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced sports retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all outbound logistics and dispatch operations.

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of all outgoing shipments.

Verify shipment details against orders and dispatch notes.

Liaise with transportation providers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update the dispatch system accordingly.

Handle any discrepancies or issues related to dispatches and resolve them promptly.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures within the dispatch area.

Prepare and submit regular reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
