Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Logistics Manager with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of materials, components, and finished goods within our defence and aerospace operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage inventory, transportation, and warehousing effectively. With 2-4 years of experience, you will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring timely delivery of critical materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation of aerospace components and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements for defence and aerospace logistics.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge for handling sensitive materials if applicable.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of materials.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
