As a Logistics / SCM Engineer at TCS, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the smooth flow of resources and materials. You will leverage your analytical skills and IT knowledge to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. This role is ideal for a BCA graduate with 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within an IT services context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
• Utilize IT tools and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to track, manage, and report on supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, IT) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance, key metrics, and recommendations for management.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SCM policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
