Assist in planning and scheduling of vehicle and equipment movements for project sites and inter-facility transfers.

Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver behavior, using relevant software and tools.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition.

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and propose innovative solutions.

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, maintenance, and accident reports.

Support in managing vendor relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other fleet-related services.

Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
