Document Controller

Role Summary: Studio PKA is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to manage and maintain all project-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry in India. You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurately controlled, distributed, and archived according to company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a robust document control system for all architectural and interior design projects.
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are correctly identified, filed, and stored both electronically and in hard copy.
• Maintain an up-to-date register of all project documents and their revision status.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Implement and enforce document control procedures and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and summaries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control policies.
