We are seeking a motivated Drilling Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and have a strong understanding of product design principles, user experience, and creative problem-solving within an industrial context. This role involves contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions related to drilling equipment and processes within the pulp and paper manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements for drilling equipment and associated processes.
Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models for drilling tools, components, and systems.
Conduct user research and ergonomic studies to ensure optimal design and usability.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
Analyze design performance and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
