Petrophysicist (Contract) | Ludhiana

We are seeking a motivated Petrophysicist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of subsurface geology and rock properties, with the ability to apply this knowledge to analyze and interpret well log data within the context of our biotechnology research and development projects. This role is crucial for understanding the physical properties of materials and their interactions, which can be analogous to certain biological systems or material science applications within biopharma.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret well log data (e.g., resistivity, porosity, permeability) to understand rock and fluid properties.

Integrate petrophysical data with geological models and other subsurface information.

Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques for data interpretation relevant to biopharmaceutical material science.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on petrophysical findings and their implications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D scientists and engineers, to support project objectives.

Contribute to the development of new methodologies for material characterization as they relate to biopharmaceutical applications.

Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis process.
