Recruiting for Chief Safety Officer (CSO) - Gaming Team

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Safety Officer (CSO) with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic Gaming team in Hyderabad. The CSO will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive safety strategies to ensure a secure and compliant gaming environment for our users and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures across all gaming platforms and operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards related to online gaming and data privacy.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential safety hazards and security vulnerabilities.

Investigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.

Stay updated on emerging safety trends and technologies within the gaming industry.
