Role Summary: VA Tech Wabag Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oil Field Manager with a B.Pharma background to oversee operations at our Surat facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and compliant management of water treatment processes, particularly those involving specialized chemical applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to optimize chemical usage, monitor quality, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of water treatment facilities, focusing on areas requiring precise chemical handling and application.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical dosage, storage, and disposal, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical quality control principles.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and safety protocols related to chemical usage and waste management.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on water samples and chemical inventories to ensure they meet specified parameters.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, particularly those related to chemical reactions or efficacy, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize treatment processes and chemical formulations.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, chemical consumption, and maintenance activities.
