Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex medical data related to endocrinology, with a specific focus on its implications within healthcare technology and data privacy regulations.
- Provide expert legal and medical insights on the development and implementation of new healthcare IT solutions, ensuring adherence to all relevant Indian and international laws and ethical guidelines.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and policies pertaining to healthcare data management, patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR equivalents in India), and medical device regulations.
