Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Equipment Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, maintenance, and deployment of gaming equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and availability for our operations. This role requires a postgraduate degree and a keen understanding of equipment lifecycle management within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of all gaming equipment, including consoles, PCs, peripherals, and accessories. Maintain accurate records of equipment allocation, movement, and status.
• Coordinate regular maintenance, cleaning, and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Plan and execute the deployment of equipment for events, tournaments, and daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to equipment functionality.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement of new equipment and replacement parts, negotiating terms where applicable.
• Develop and implement inventory management best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations regarding equipment handling and storage.
