Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events & Banquet Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and technical skills to manage and execute seamless events and banquets, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event and banquet operations, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, utilizing project management tools and techniques.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and objectives, translating them into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with culinary, AV, and other operational teams to ensure flawless execution of event services.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track event performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events or banquets to ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate event records, including client details, contracts, and financial information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and hospitality.
