Events & Promotions Specialist

As an Events & Promotions Specialist, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful promotional campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for our telecom services across India. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate with a passion for events and a knack for creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies and promotional plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, and on-site coordination.
- Create engaging promotional materials and content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
- Analyze event performance and promotional campaign effectiveness, providing detailed reports and insights for future improvements.
- Identify and engage with potential partners and sponsors for co-branded events and promotions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for events and promotions.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
