Exploration Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Exploration Manager with a B.Com background and 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The Exploration Manager will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors for L&T Realty. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential land parcels, project sites, and investment opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks to assess the viability of new ventures.
- Prepare detailed financial models, feasibility reports, and business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, technical) and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project alignment.
- Evaluate land acquisition proposals, conduct due diligence, and assist in negotiations.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, landowners, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on exploration findings and recommendations.
