Facility Management - Other (3-5 Yrs) role in Financial Services

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Facility Management professional to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in managing diverse facility operations within a corporate environment, preferably in the financial services sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our banking premises, contributing to a productive work environment for our employees and a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and vendor management.
- Implement and enforce facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, maintenance).
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and renovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the facility budget and control expenses.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility-related activities and expenditures.
- Support the implementation of new facility management technologies and systems.
