Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a M.Tech degree and a passion for aviation maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft types, contributing to the overall airworthiness and readiness of our fleet. You will work closely with senior engineers and technicians, applying your theoretical knowledge and practical skills to resolve complex maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with approved technical data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, including airframe, engines, avionics, and electrical systems.
Identify defects, malfunctions, and damages, and perform necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore aircraft to an airworthy condition.
Interpret and utilize technical manuals, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance instructions.
Document all maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively in the aircraft maintenance logbook and relevant company systems.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, including technicians and supervisors, to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
Assist in the training and mentorship of junior technicians.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation technology and maintenance practices.
