Recruiting for Flight Load Controller - Architecture / Interior Design Team (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Flight Load Controller with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the load calculations and structural integrity of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in load simulation software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed load calculations for various architectural and interior design elements, considering dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic loads.
• Utilize specialized software (e.g., structural analysis tools, CAD-integrated load calculators) to simulate and analyze project loads.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure load requirements are integrated into design plans.
• Review design drawings and specifications to identify potential load-related issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure all load calculations and documentation comply with Indian building codes, national standards (e.g., IS codes), and international best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on load analysis findings for project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all load calculations and related project documentation.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, software, and methodologies in structural load analysis.
