Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Ground Staff team. This entry-level position (0-1 years experience) offers a unique opportunity to apply advanced research and analytical skills in a dynamic aviation environment. You will contribute to optimizing ground operations, ensuring passenger safety, and enhancing overall airport efficiency. This role is based in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies in ground operations.
- Develop and propose data-driven solutions for improving turnaround times and resource allocation.
- Assist in implementing new operational procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ground handling.
- Collaborate with various airport stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to safety and security protocols through analytical insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the ground operations team.
