• Analyze flight data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization, applying business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues impacting service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and upgrade of flight equipment, aligning with business goals.
