Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and presentation of our diverse range of fashion and accessory products within the sports and leisure context. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the merchandising and display of fashion and accessory items in-store, ensuring visual appeal and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels for assigned product categories, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, answering queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support the sales team by understanding product features and benefits to effectively recommend items.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to product management and sales reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stockrooms and display areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
