FEA Engineer role in Packaging & Containers (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated FEA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis principles applied to packaging design and performance. This role involves simulating and analyzing the structural integrity and performance of various packaging solutions under different conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on packaging components and systems to predict performance and identify potential failure modes.

Develop and validate FEA models for various packaging materials (e.g., PET, HDPE) and designs.

Interpret simulation results and provide actionable recommendations to the design and engineering teams.

Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to optimize packaging designs for strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Perform stress, strain, thermal, and vibration analysis as required for packaging applications.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA software and simulation techniques relevant to the packaging industry.
