Flight Load Controller

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Flight Load Controller with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role involves managing and optimizing flight load distribution and capacity planning, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and analytical skills to contribute to efficient and safe flight operations within our growing building material logistics division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze flight schedules and cargo manifests to determine optimal load distribution and weight balance.
- Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations, including DGCA and IATA standards.
- Develop and implement load control procedures to maximize aircraft capacity while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with ground operations, flight crew, and dispatch to communicate load plans and any necessary adjustments.
- Review and interpret legal documentation related to air cargo, permits, and international trade agreements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential load-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of flight loads, fuel calculations, and operational data.
- Provide legal interpretations and guidance on contractual obligations related to cargo transportation.
- Assist in training junior staff on load control procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in aviation law and industry best practices.
